Hi Everyone, 

We would like to apologise and clarify the situation regarding VAT on  winning bids of pigeons on the EPW site by UK bidders. 

We have been in contact with EPW this morning and they have confirmed that no VAT is due on UK pigeons. 

Their offices have been significantly effected by covid at the moment, with many of their staff working remotely and some off sick. 

There were invoices sent out with VAT applied to UK bidders in error. They are sending revised emails and invoice out today. 

Anyone who has already paid their invoices will be refunded appropriately. 

EPW and BMI apologise for any issues caused and rest assured this issue has been dealt with today and has been resolved.
